Luke is originally from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and joined Anderson Sinclair as an associate in the Kentville office, following articling with the firm. Prior to completing his law degree at the Schulich School of Law (Dalhousie University) in 2020, Luke received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology at Saint Mary’s University in 2016. Luke maintains a general practice, focusing on family law, wills and estates, foreclosures, and civil litigation. Luke has appeared before the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia (Family Division), and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.

Additionally, Luke currently serves as a reservist Legal Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, at the rank of Captain. Prior to this, Luke served five years as an Intelligence Operator.

Luke lives in the West Kings area, with his family and their dog, Winnie. In his free time, Luke plays rugby, and he is currently a member of the Executive Board of the local Valley Rugby Union club. He also enjoys traveling, having lived abroad in both Ireland and Singapore.
