Byron has focused most of his practice on real estate, corporate and litigation.

Byron is a former Adjudicator of Small Claims Court and a former Assistant Crown Attorney, and has acted for over twenty thousand clients throughout Atlantic Canada. He is presently legal counsel for several corporate clients, including legal counsel for Annapolis Valley Real Estate Board, and is routinely consulted on legal questions regarding property and conveyance issues. As well, he is the former Vice President of Atlantic Legal Associates and Fidelity National Financial, a Fortune 500 Company.

Byron’s interests and hobbies include golf, reading and travel.
