Lynn’s areas of practice are family law and civil litigation, and in particular personal injury actions and human rights complaints. She is also a mediator and a Collaborative Family Law practitioner.

Lynn has been active in the Nova Scotia Barristers Society, chairing the Family Court Liaison Committee for many years, and was a member of Bar Council for four years, representing western Nova Scotia. Lynn has served on the executive of the Kings County Bar Society for two full rotations.

Lynn was a presenter at the Nova Scotia All Courts Conference, the Federation of Law Societies National Family Law Conference, and for the CBA Nova Scotia Branch, on numerous occasions. Lynn has sat on several Department of Justice Family Law Committees and has been a tireless advocate for access to family law justice in rural Nova Scotia.

Lynn has been an active volunteer with Kings West Soccer Association, Acadia Minor Hockey Association, Valley Wild Female Minor Hockey, as well Chrysalis House and Adsum House.
